About The Instructor
Hi, I'm Holly Wilson.
My passion for movement and teaching began at an early age with the influence of my mother. She was the first to introduce Belly Dance to Southwest MO, and grew a large student base of ladies whom she empowered through her classes, workshops, and performances.
I went on to excel in many forms of dance including ballet, tap, and jazz. I studied dance at Missouri State University and danced briefly with the Springfield Ballet Company.

I promote a Buti lifestyle, which combines Buti Yoga, female empowerment and a grain-free/dairy-free approach to nutrition.
In my early 20’s, enthusiasm for fitness lead me to become an ACE Certified Aerobics Instructor and Personal Trainer. I also began a small personal training business, all while beginning a long and rewarding career in healthcare. After marrying, my husband and I moved to St Louis and began building our careers. Eventually, we began traveling all over the world, living in Australia and Ireland. This began a new journey, and ended the focus I had in fitness.
By the time I was 40, I was completely out of shape and 20+ pounds overweight. I saw changes in my body I didn’t like and as a result, my self esteem suffered.
In 2013, I found an online video of BUTI Yoga, and instantly knew that this was something I wanted to learn and do. I found BUTI to be challenging and effective, and it brought a feminine empowerment quality. Motivated to bring this fitness model to others, I achieved Advanced BUTI Yoga certification, 200 Hr YTT, and began Intentionally Fit, LLC. In 2014, I became the first instructor to bring BUTI Yoga to St Louis.
